Program Manager Position

For those who are passionate, dedicated, and have some experience working with children, we are looking for you to fill some coveted Program Manager positions at APPLE Consulting. APPLE Consulting, one of the longest running ABA agencies in the Puget Sound area, provides services to children with autism ages 0-21 in homes, schools, the clinic and community.

Main Job Duties:

  1. Direct one-to-one behavioral intervention for individuals with autism in home, school and/or community

  2. Behavior skills support in a variety of areas including but not limited to: adaptive skills, speech, language, communication, vocational, behavior, play and cognitive

  3. Therapy data collection on individual goals and graphing.

  4. Implement behavior intervention plans

  5. Assist in a wide-variety of assessments for treatment planning purposes


Job Advantages:

Our Program Manager position provides support that includes free-of-charge needed supervision activities to sit for the BCBA exam and support and training needed to enter into a Clinical Supervisor position. These activities include but are not limited to: regular meetings with the Executive Director, Allison Lowy Apple PhD, BCBA-D, LMHC, to study for the exam; once monthly group Program Manager meetings with Dr. Apple; sitting in on new client intake meetings; practice administering assessments; writing treatment plans; developing individualized programs; attending meeting with the APPLE BCBA cohort to discuss current trends/research and have input on company clinical policies.


Requirements for Position:

  1. Currently enrolled in a master’s program related to applied behavior analysis

  2. Current driver's license (to be eligible for in-home services)

  3. Ability to pass background check.


Preferences for Position:

  1. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  2. Two years’ experience as a Behavior Technician working with children with autism.
