Molly first found her love for working with individuals with autism in her early teenage years when she was provided with the opportunity of nannying a young boy with autism. This experience provided Molly with a desire to learn more about autism and behavior analysis, motivating her to pursue an undergraduate degree in Psychology from San Diego State University, minoring in Child and Family Development and Sociology. After she obtained her bachelors’ degree, Molly worked for an ABA company that focused on early intervention with preschool aged children in the home setting. She then worked as an instructional aide in a nonpublic school that serviced individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, specialized to meet the needs of students with significant behavioral and learning challenges. It was working with the students in this school that inspired Molly to take the next step in furthering her education in the field of behavior analysis. Molly moved to Washington in the summer of 2018 to attend Central Washington University’s graduate program of Applied Behavior Analysis, and joined the APPLE team as a program manager in August 2019.
