While in undergrad, Noah gained experience in working with children in poverty, children of diversity, and interned at a private adoption agency working with adoptive families. However, Noah realized his true passion when he began working at an Autism Center in Fargo, North Dakota. Noah worked there for over two years being introduced to a wide array of behavior analytic concepts and principles. Noah attended Saint Louis University and earned his Masters in Social Work with a concentration in ABA. Noah was mentored by professors in the areas of behavior reduction, verbal behavior, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Relational Frame Theory. Noah completed practicum at an early childhood center in St. Louis, consulting on a multitude of problem behaviors and classroom management strategies. Noah also has experience in home based, school based, and adult services in both mental health and Autism. Noah began working with APPLE Consulting in July of 2017.
