A team atmosphere is the goal, with our Bothell clinic as a "home base" for all levels of providers to utilize.
Our Leadership Staff, including Dr. Apple, Dr. Christopher “CJ” Jones, & Steve Michalski, each with more than 20 year's experience in the field, actively interact and regularly meet with our staff, to provide supervision, ongoing training, support and growth opportunities.
We always prefer to “promote from within,” allowing our staff to gain the experiences necessary to become successful behavior analysts. It is not uncommon for a behavior therapist to transition, starting with our Program Manager position (which allows for supervision for the BCBA requirements), into a Clinical Supervisor.
