Heng Zhou BCBA, LBA

Heng began her career in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) as a Behavior Technician in 2021, supporting children and adolescents on the autism spectrum. She earned her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of Washington in June 2025 and became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in September 2025.

Heng is passionate about partnering with individuals and their families to help them build meaningful skills, increase independence, and enhance their quality of life. She believes every individual has unique strengths and potential and is committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based, and individualized care. Outside of work, Heng enjoys traveling, hiking, gardening, and learning new languages.
