Jason James is a dedicated Behavior Technician from Chicago, Illinois, committed to supporting individuals through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices. He brings expertise in reinforcement paradigms, precision teaching, and culturally responsive interventions that foster meaningful answers.
Jason earned his undergraduate degree in Psychology from Central Washington University and went on to complete his master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at Northeastern University. His academic training, combined with hands-on experience, allows him to bridge theory and practice in ways that empower learners and promote inclusivity.
At work, Jason focuses on building strong collaborative relationships with families, colleagues, and learners. He is passionate about advancing ABA methodologies, mentoring aspiring practitioners, and ensuring interventions are guided by respect for diverse values.
