Mausami Darjee

Intern

Mausami Darjee is driven by a deep passion for Applied Behavior Analysis and is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for clients and their families through evidence-based, individualized intervention. She earned her Master’s in Special Education with an ABA emphasis from the University of Washington and is actively working toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Mausami is committed to fostering psychological safety and ensuring that clients and families feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the therapeutic process. She believes in the power of communication to build trust, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change. Approaching her work with cultural humility, she strives to honor each family’s values, backgrounds, and communication styles. She prioritizes authentic connection, respects each client’s unique voice, and builds strong rapport grounded in trust and compassion. Collaboration is central to her practice as she works closely with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create meaningful and sustainable growth.

Outside of work, Mausami enjoys zumba Dance Sessions, badminton, beach outings, baking, and exploring local cafés.
